Is Procrastination Pro a computer program?
No. Procrastination Pro is not a computer program — it is a program that is delivered electronically to your computer. The program contains PDF files that you can print off or read directly on your computer screen.
Procrastination Pro involves reading, internal reflection and also some writing. The writing portion of the program is intended to be done in a journal with a pen and paper. It is not done on the computer.
